From the get go I felt these were nothing more than scammy auctions that benefited the company much more than the customers, and the tech blog TechCrunch has an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.techcrunch.com\/2010\/01\/17\/ending-our-advertising-relationship-with-bigdeal\/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Techcrunch+%28TechCrunch%29\">excellent post<\/a> on a similar site BigDeal that shows just how stupid these type of auctions are.
